Voluntary Dissolution (Winding-Up)

• Complying with statutory obligations: reporting, creditor notifications, asset distribution
• Simplified winding-up is also available for smaller companies, provided the process is completed within 150 days.

Dissolution must be completed within 3 years of commencement.
