A hagyat\u00e9ki t\u00e1rgyal\u00e1s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A hagyat\u00e9ki t\u00e1rgyal\u00e1son a k\u00f6zjegyz\u0151 ismerteti<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a hagyat\u00e9k \u00f6sszet\u00e9tel\u00e9t,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>az \u00f6r\u00f6kl\u00e9s jogc\u00edm\u00e9t,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>az \u00f6r\u00f6k\u00f6s\u00f6k nyilatkozatait,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>valamint az esetleges v\u00e9grendelet tartalm\u00e1t.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Az \u00f6r\u00f6k\u00f6s\u00f6k ekkor nyilatkozhatnak p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul arr\u00f3l, hogy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>elfogadj\u00e1k-e az \u00f6r\u00f6ks\u00e9get,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>visszautas\u00edtj\u00e1k-e azt,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>k\u00f6tnek-e egyezs\u00e9get,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vitatj\u00e1k-e valamelyik \u00f6r\u00f6k\u00f6s jog\u00e1t.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. A hagyat\u00e9k \u00e1tad\u00e1sa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ha az \u00f6r\u00f6kl\u00e9s felt\u00e9telei egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171ek \u00e9s nincs jogvita, a k\u00f6zjegyz\u0151 hagyat\u00e9k\u00e1tad\u00f3 v\u00e9gz\u00e9st hoz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ebben meghat\u00e1rozza, hogy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ki milyen vagyont\u00e1rgyat \u00f6r\u00f6k\u00f6l,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>milyen ar\u00e1nyban szerez tulajdont,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fenn\u00e1ll-e haszon\u00e9lvezeti jog vagy m\u00e1s \u00f6r\u00f6kl\u00e9si jog.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A v\u00e9gz\u00e9s joger\u0151re emelked\u00e9s\u00e9t k\u00f6vet\u0151en az \u00f6r\u00f6k\u00f6s\u00f6k rendelkezhetnek az \u00f6r\u00f6ks\u00e9g\u00fckkel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mennyi ideig tart a hagyat\u00e9ki elj\u00e1r\u00e1s?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Erre nincs egys\u00e9ges v\u00e1lasz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Egyszer\u0171 \u00fcgyekben a hagyat\u00e9ki elj\u00e1r\u00e1s n\u00e9h\u00e1ny h\u00f3nap alatt lez\u00e1rulhat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ha azonban<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>vita alakul ki az \u00f6r\u00f6k\u00f6s\u00f6k k\u00f6z\u00f6tt,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi vagyonelemek vannak,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hi\u00e1nyosak az iratok,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vitatott a v\u00e9grendelet,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>per indul,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">akkor az elj\u00e1r\u00e1s ak\u00e1r jelent\u0151sen hosszabb ideig is eltarthat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Milyen iratokra lehet sz\u00fcks\u00e9g?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Az \u00fcgy jelleg\u00e9t\u0151l f\u00fcgg\u0151en sz\u00fcks\u00e9g lehet t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>halotti anyak\u00f6nyvi kivonatra,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v\u00e9grendeletre,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tulajdoni lapokra,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ad\u00e1sv\u00e9teli vagy aj\u00e1nd\u00e9koz\u00e1si szerz\u0151d\u00e9sekre,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>banksz\u00e1mlaadatokra,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>c\u00e9giratokra,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e9rt\u00e9kbecsl\u00e9sekre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Min\u00e9l teljesebb dokument\u00e1ci\u00f3 \u00e1ll rendelkez\u00e9sre, ann\u00e1l gyorsabban z\u00e1rulhat le az elj\u00e1r\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lehet egyezs\u00e9get k\u00f6tni?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Igen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Az \u00f6r\u00f6k\u00f6s\u00f6k a hagyat\u00e9ki elj\u00e1r\u00e1s sor\u00e1n oszt\u00e1lyos egyezs\u00e9get k\u00f6thetnek, amelyben a t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyes \u00f6r\u00f6kl\u00e9si rendt\u0151l elt\u00e9r\u0151en is megoszthatj\u00e1k egym\u00e1s k\u00f6z\u00f6tt a hagyat\u00e9kot, amennyiben ennek jogszab\u00e1lyi felt\u00e9telei fenn\u00e1llnak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ez sok esetben gyorsabb \u00e9s rugalmasabb megold\u00e1st jelenthet, mint egy k\u00e9s\u0151bbi b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gi vita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mikor \u00e9rdemes \u00fcgyv\u00e9dhez fordulni?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00e1r a hagyat\u00e9ki elj\u00e1r\u00e1st a k\u00f6zjegyz\u0151 folytatja le, sz\u00e1mos esetben c\u00e9lszer\u0171 m\u00e1r az elj\u00e1r\u00e1s el\u0151tt vagy annak
