Legal advice
As part of a personal or online legal consultation, we provide legal advice in a number of legal areas (civil law, real estate law, labour law, corporate law, family law and law of succession etc.) based on the documents presented and the factual presentation presented.
Our office also undertakes the drafting and commenting of the following contracts, the provision of legal advice and full-scale administration:
• contract of sale, exchange agreement, gift agreement, lease agreement;
• loan agreement, mortgage agreement; contract establishing usufruct, right of use;
• marriage or partnership property contract; last will and testament, contract of inheritance, gift contract in case of death;
• providing legal representation in litigation.

About us
Our colleagues have acquired extensive professional experience at Hungarian and international law firms and financial institutions, especially in the field of business law. Our office provides legal representation in many areas of law for individuals, companies and authorities, both in case of ad-hoc requests as well as on the basis of continuous mandates.
Thanks to our experience in international cases, we are ready to assist our clients with our legal services in Hungarian, English and German as well. Our office is located in the 13th District of Budapest. In case of pre-arranged appointments (via telephone), we are available to our clients every day of the week in our office, or at other locations.
The office possesses a modern computer system, a TAKARNET access, and the equipment necessary for electronic company registration and payment order proceedings as well.
